Support Contracts

John Gocher Computing Limited is now able to offer Support Contracts to all our existing clients and future clients as part of a product purchase . This will enable us to provide a comprehensive and preferential service at highly competitive rates to all our clients.

Our support contracts are flexible and clients are able to purchase support hours at the start of any development work at a substantially discounted rate compared to the standard hourly rate and also offers guaranteed support for all our applications and products.

Although primarily for support and training, support hours that are not used can be converted to product development time.

Working with Reports

Cross Project Management:

If the organisation/department has more than one application or product, hours purchased can be used to manage all of your portfolio under one contract once each product or application concept has been developed and installed.

Contract charges

In contract support will be charged at 95 per hour, calculated to the nearest 0.5 hour. Hours are bought either monthly or quarterly in advance.

Prior to the purchase of a support contract, we will be more than happy to discuss your needs and outline a project plan to help enable you to purchase and plan any support hours you may need for the coming year.

Non-contract charges

Adhoc support outside of contract will be charged at 133.00 per hour calculated to the nearest 0.5 hour.
